| "Real Money Balance" | Funds deposited by a User from their own financial resources, distinct from Bonus Funds. |

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register an Account or place any Wager on the Platform. Age alone does not make gambling lawful in Pakistan. Local laws may restrict or prohibit online gambling regardless of age.
By registering an Account, you represent, warrant and confirm that:
Each natural person is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
To open an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully, providing all information required by the Platform at the time of registration, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time remains accurate, current and complete. w657 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information. You must notify the Platform immediately of any change to your registered details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. You must notify w657 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. w657 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to safeguard your credentials.
Accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other supported currencies as determined by the Platform. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, will be disclosed at the time of transaction. w657 reserves the right to adjust supported currencies at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.
The Platform is made available solely for the personal entertainment of eligible Users. Access to and use of the Platform is conditional on your continued compliance with these Terms. The Platform may not be used for any commercial, business or speculative investment purpose.
By using the Platform, you agree to:
w657 endeavours to maintain Platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, regulatory requirements or circumstances beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform downtime.
All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of deposit. Minimum deposit amounts and available payment methods are displayed on the Platform's deposit page and are subject to change. Payment provider names referenced on this Platform — including but not limited to bank transfers and e-wallets — are mentioned for informational context only and do not imply endorsement by any such provider.
w657 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Deposits made from joint accounts or business accounts may be declined or subject to enhanced due diligence.
Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to: (a) completion of satisfactory KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) confirmation that no suspicious activity flag is active on the Account. w657 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding applicable thresholds.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever reasonably practicable. Processing times vary by method: e-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within 24–48 hours after verification; bank transfers may take 3–5 business days.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the Platform and may vary by payment method and user tier. Current limits are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages of the Platform. Illustrative minimum deposit amounts start from PKR 1,000; actual limits are subject to change and the Platform's current published schedule shall prevail.
w657 operates in compliance with applicable international AML regulations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering, structuring or any other financial crime will be suspended, reported to relevant authorities where required, and any funds held therein may be withheld pending investigation.
All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, cashback arrangements and other incentives offered on the Platform ("Promotions") are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual Promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific Promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific Promotion terms, Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and the games or markets that contribute towards them will be specified per Promotion. As an illustrative example only: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means PKR 100,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed prior to withdrawal of associated winnings.
w657 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings and close an Account where it reasonably suspects that a User is abusing any Promotion, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; participating in coordinated betting strategies designed to reduce or eliminate wagering risk; or otherwise acting in bad faith with respect to any Promotion.
Bonus Funds and associated free bets will expire as specified in the individual Promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account balance and cannot be reinstated. It is the User's responsibility to track the expiry dates applicable to their Promotions.
All Wagers are accepted at the sole discretion of w657. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any Wager at any time, including after acceptance, where it has reasonable grounds to do so — including but not limited to: where a technical pricing error has occurred; where the relevant event has already commenced at the time of bet placement; or where the Platform suspects foul play or match manipulation.
Where a Wager has been accepted at odds that are materially incorrect due to a technical fault, data feed error or human error, w657 reserves the right to void such Wager and return the stake to the User's Account. This right applies regardless of whether the User was aware of the error at the time of placing the Wager.
Live and in-play markets are subject to faster odds movement and shorter acceptance windows. w657 does not guarantee that live betting will be available for all events. In circumstances where connectivity issues or data feed delays affect the Platform's ability to update odds accurately, live betting markets may be suspended or voided at the Platform's discretion.
Casino games available on the Platform, including but not limited to slots, table games and instant games, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTP percentages shown on the Platform are theoretical long-term averages and do not represent individual session outcomes or guarantees of return.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any Platform content without the prior written consent of w657.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w657 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
w657's maximum aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by that User in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
w657 accepts no responsibility for gambling losses sustained by any User on the Platform. Gambling involves risk and the loss of wagered funds is a normal and foreseeable outcome of gambling activity. Users acknowledge and accept this risk prior to placing any Wager.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any pending Wagers will be settled in accordance with normal settlement procedures. Verified Real Money balances remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and AML compliance checks.
w657 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit any balance therein, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering or criminal activity; regulatory or legal requirement; detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9; or failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holding the relevant gaming licence is incorporated or regulated, as applicable. Nothing in this clause removes any statutory rights you may hold under the law of your own jurisdiction.
For Pakistani users specifically: nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation that use of the Platform is lawful under Pakistani law. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
